LYC: tonight i am cooking kohlrobi for the first time. anyone got a good method?

i've had it with apple as a 'coleslaw', which was yummy. but tonight i thought i'd try the 'peeled, sliced, spritzed with olive oil and baked' method.
unless someone has an alternative.
