sure, they are, but they are on both ends of the hits.

and they both are presumable equally padded.
I am not arguing that it can not happen, just that the perfect storm of events must occur in order for it to happen, and assuming they did not have a pre-existing condition that might contribute to the death, I have a hard time seeing that perfect storm being any higher than .05% chance.
