Which is sad, because it would be awesome to have all that extra space.

But the concerns about strata fee increases and super-micro-management of the strata council could be headaches that we wouldn't mind avoiding.

So it wouldn't be as sad to lose out on that as it was to lose out on the house we offered on 1.5 years ago.
