poll "core class" (fitness thing) - we love it or we hate it ?

I completed my third class tonight ... it's every Monday and Wednesday for 6 weeks and then repeats ... you do "stations" of exercises after a warm up - then mat work at the end - then stretching - whole thing lasts an hour. I am completely wiped out after it ... not in pain the next day - but definitely fatigued - and I'm on the fence as to how I feel about it so far. So ... just wondering if anyone else has an opinion?
