I just took a course on presentation skills that was really into the Myers Briggs model. The facilitator said she can pick a person's type by

watching them present for 5 minutes.
To demonstrate, she had an INTP and an ESFJ give a 5 minute presentation on what they did for their last vacation. It was hilarious how different the 2 styles were.
(As an "I", I often drift into long silences in the middle of conversation while I think about what I want to say next.)
