Years ago I went to one of those 'model' shoots where they had a half dozen 'pouters' and 300 photogs shootin away with the worst possible lighting

the old two umbrellas crossed lighted.
frankly I think it would be easier to go the 'hollywood agent' route, just have them 'read' a script, saves money as the video cam is cheaper than all the lighting and lenses, and you don't have to waste so much time taking pictures
