getting in shape. I could see doing the tri thing, but first my bloody broken foot has to heal.

anyway, I love working out but it SUCKS when you're gasping for breath. that's my real motivation. I want to know how to swim well enough that I can actually do it as a workout without panicking that I'm goign to get tired and drown.
