a poor boy sweater? that is how I think of it in my head, but shaman and topher say that a poor boy is only a sandwich.
my sweater was very thick and rib knit and had a turtleneck. total boyfriend sweater.
if not a poor boy, what the crap is this sweater called?

What I've seen described as a poor boy is a loose-ish turtleneck or mock neck with wide-at least one inch-ribs knit in. -- nm

A basic turtleneck? No neck slit, buttons, or anything? If so, you'll just have to call it a thick, rib knit, turtleneck. :-) (I like the word
