Sawx Fans: The Jays search is apparently down to three: Sandy Alomar, Jr, and two Red Sox coaches (Farrell and Hale). What say you on the latter two?

more detail: Hale has a lot more managing experience in the minors. Farrell directed player development and then pitching coach.
