This is interesting: A normal individual has slight bronchodilation at the beginning of exercise and then slight bronchoconstriction after about 10

min of exercise.
In asthma, you have hyper-reactive airways. So they over react. Hence you get a lot of bronchodilation in the beginning and a lot of bronchoconstriction in 10 min.

(assuming you don't have some extreme asthma.)
