They do both nights right across the river from us in Alton, IL. Something about the Halloween parade on 10/31...

they do trick or treating on 10/30 so everyone can go to the parade...or some such nonsense.
Either way, we take our kids over there on 10/30 and then they hit our neighborhood on 10/31. double the chocolate.
