I'm probably the biggest pots and pans banger of the dangers of a secret intelligence community but I'm not scared by this number...

What the US Intelligence Community is trying to do is is incredibly difficult. It's not like monitoring missile bases...it's tracking individual enemies who you first have to, in many cases, identify as "the enemy".

I'm all in favor of a bit more transparency that doesn't destroy the value of what's being done but let's not all freak out because of the number.

There's afew conventional weapons programs that can go well before we start slashing the Intelligence Budget.
