The Shape of Things to Come, the Ben episode that starts with him shooting the soldiers in the desert, very clearly takes place moments after he is teleported off the island at the end of the season finale. That's a well documented revelation, but when I had the episode on in the background, it kept captivating my attention with its cleverness.
