Had him wait for an hour saying only the manager could do the thing he requested, and he wasn't available

The truth is we pretty much knew how to do everything the manager was supposed to do, but it was true he was the one supposed to do it.
When the client started harassing other customers, we got a call from the manager, who told us "Do what he wants and get him out of my fucking store".
In our defense, the client was being a real douche
