heh. that used to be true, but this place has changed A LOT in the past 10 years

theres a brand new shopping center on every corner and a new housing community every week. (though this has slowed a bit since 2008).
plus a lot of the more wealthy types actually live out in Camas area. cheaper property and massive houses.
