That's the question. If you lease a building and put your own lock on it are you obligated to provide a key to the owner? - MojaveMeg Nov 5, 12:17 1
- if you change lock you must provide keys however you have no obligation to provide keys if your owner lost them - zeitgeist Nov 5, 21:44
