LYC: Just tried a new taco I've never seen before from the truck: de "carne cezina."

Saw someone else order one. Of course, that gives you confidence to try it yourself, so I did.... It's great! But, I had to look it up on wiki:

In Spanish, cecina means "meat that has been salted and dried by means of air, sun or smoke"

It was prepared with a spicy and sweet sauce of some kind, as red as tomatoes. It was so good, and tender.
