Chuck's reaction to Sarah shooting the Fulcrum agent is only because he lacks context, right? He doesn't know what the agent said?
I buy that it's partly him still being a bit naive, but he knows what's at stake and knows death's involved. But by everything he saw, the threat was neutralized and Sarah did not have to shoot.
The lie she told to cover it up will be the hardest to reconcile, I think.
Poor Casey. He lost a toe!
Poor Morgan! He was so totally a hero and Anna didn't even see it. That blows.
I loved the phone calls they all made. Priceless.
