i just heard an interesting thing about Google's hiring practices...

apparently in Toronto there are many many jobs unfilled. The problem is they want you to have a very specific set of current skills but they go back through your university/college and *high school* transcripts. they are looking for people who were A students since high school.
they are the *only* employer looking for highly educated people that go back to high school records that i've ever heard of.
