He'll have to clean out the car for them to do it. Then, they'll make the car sparkling and he'll be able to start fresh.
Our Escape was a disaster after two years. After we got it cleaned up once and for all, we've had no problem keeping it clean. It's all about breaking the surface tension in achieving that first step.
