Female villain in Batman 3?

Deadline is reporting that Nolan is meeting with 6 actresses to cast a love interest and a villain.

AICN, and I agree with this, thinks it's odd that Lively and Portman are listed since they are both in comic book movies coming out shortly as love interests.

Personally, I'm for Harley Quinn ahead of Catwoman or Poison Ivy.
