It's a very dry cold, and the National Science Foundation gives you...

...Extreme Cold Weather gear to wear -- so it's quite tolerable for short stretches at that level. But minus 75 degrees F is 'business as usual' in Antarctica during the winter months, and humans do adapt to it.

I ate an additional 1,000 calories per day -- mostly Cadbury Fruit & Nut bars from our Kiwi neighbors shoppe -- in order to keep my core temperature normal.
