gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey soup from leftovers

there are so many uses for this

of course, you can always make your own by nearly filling (up to an inch from the top) the roasting pan with water...keeps the turkey very moist and cooks the inside better because water conducts heat better than air. also you can avoid stuffing the turkey, and then about an hour before its done cooking draw off some of the liquid to use instead of water for the stuffing. the stuffing will taste like you cooked it in the bird
