is a very conservative state and the hippy quotient is much lower than when I was in Seattle.

I tried to explain: You are clearly informed what will happen if you CHOOSE to fly. They do this for your safety and the safty of people who arent on the plane as well.

I do NOT see it as an infringement on my rights as I have the right to choose not to fly.

To some degree in the extreme comparisson - just like hey I want an Iphone but i have to use AT&T isnt that some kind of violation of my rights to choose....no dumb ass its not
