A photog friend actually got a copy of the planning schedule, thick as an LA phone book back when there were phone books, everything was spelled out

starting 2 weeks prior when the livery service started polishing the silver harnesses for the horses. Right down to the order the carriages have to queue up, so when the carriage for Lord and Lady Swillington step out and get into a carriage, its their own carriage. and that was compiled before there were computers to instantly insert a line item.
