Very enjoyable.
-My guesses
The Director is still alive, but I could live with McAllister (Michael O'Neil, he played Ron Butterfield on West Wing) as a new director.
I would bet that Liat is a double agent.
I hope Eli is alive. He's a great character and I don't think things are served well by removing the tension between him and Ziva.
