bought my townhouse using a ex-friend who was a broker I never really had to do a thing. if it looks good I hope to buy the place, move in and then sell my current place. I can get the 20% down so I don't need to sell my place first, and I can pay for both of them for at least 6 months with just the money I have available. my place is much nicer than the other townhouses because of all the work the previous owner did so it should have little probably selling. of course if I don't get the other place I have no intention to sell.
knowing that, all I need is a realtor, right? someone who can get me in to see the bank owned home, and then sell my place if that goes through, right?
and if I don't buy the place and then in return sell my current home, I owe them nothing, right? tia
