They're injected with so many chemicals it changes the taste of the meat.
Good=roasting a free range non-cooped turkey bought frozen.
Great=fresh, non-frozen organic free-range turkey with entire sprigs of rosemary inserted under the skin and stuffed with a cornbread/sage/pecan/dried cranberry stuffing. Yum.
