So you are saying the artist allows Amazon to sell it for $3.99? Won't the other chains complain? I think Amazon is taking a hit on the sales.

From my understand, Best Buys' $9.99 deals were a loss for Best Buy but they do it to lure people in. (However, I can be wrong).
