traveller's cheques, US$ and pounds. Turns out it belongs to the director of a company we bought a bunch of projects off of, and he lost them in 2001. he now remembers that he probably hid the envelope in a filing cabinet "where nobody would look for them," the contents of which were then sent to us when we bought the project. someone else was emptying a box near the desk, and must have just tossed it on there and forgotten about it. I think we passed our ethics check for the day.
