though my guess is that with the cost tier of the hike, i only just did what they wanted me to do...

i'm sure they've got it figured pretty well that if a lot of 3 and 4 dvd members downgrade to the 2 plan the 1$ hike there will offset as opposed to the added mail/labor costs associated with real world disks. they're thinking they won't lose customers--just volume--on the analog side, i'm guessing.
