Well, here's the deal.

After your initial incredulity and anger that she had the balls to even ask this, and once again being put in an untenable situation, you have to accept that it's probably best for the kids. You need to get the kids out of that environment, and the more time you have with the kids, the better it is for them and you. At the same time, you need to keep them away from Nan and accept that this is probably your ex's half-assed attempt to abide by her promise to keep Nan away from the kids. Your ex is unlikely to back off from the Nan visit. So use this situation to your advantage, at least. Do something fun, like converting the kids to Islam, or teaching them to use firearms.
