Oh sure, that's all it is at this time, but there's been enough smoke appearing that it's actually going to be a surprise when there's no fire.

It's always the cover-up. Never the crime.*
* - Though in this case, I don't think Rahm and teh governor did discuss it in an illegal manner. Just that the truth on the arrest day wasn't the first instinct of the team, thus requiring the cover up.
