Well I wasn't really following good procedures on handling the delivery.

I should have made the call.
I should have seen the actual card.
He got away with it because I was lax with him.

Obviously he's made life tough on my next customers as I'll be going right back to following all the procedures.

Mainly I'm nervous about this whole franchise buying us out from corporate already and this totally didn't help.
