Insurance opinions desired: I was rearended on the way home.

Other guy and I both have the same insurance company. As far as I can tell the only damage is his paint on my bumper. And before this I was a matter of days away from buying a new car anyway.

Thoughts on whether I should bother filing a claim with my insurance?
