We have keys!

We basically told her that if we didn't have the contract in our hands on Monday we would begin to look for another property. Turns out she wanted it rented as much as we wanted to rent it cause we had it in our hands yesterday morning at 8 a.m.. Took a day to look over it and found it was all agreeable. So, now, the week before Christmas, our move begins.
