but about citizen kane, it's pretty much been available for anyone to see on video/dvd for 20+ years, if you haven't gotten around to seeing it

clearly wasn't much of a priority, so it's not really a big deal if it gets spoiled. and yeah, there are a lot of movies, and you can't expect everyone to have seen all of them, but it's not like we're talking some obscure '40s french film noir, it's one of the best movies ever made. you can't expect people not to talk about a 67-year-old movie just 'cause you haven't seen it.
