Watched Mamma Mia last night. I think I'm going with a C grade for it. (spoils)

We watched Hairspray (the Travolta one) a few weeks ago and that was miles better.

The story for that was a pretty solid narrative. This movie however had a thin excuse for a plot and everything seemed as a reason just to get to the next song instead of the songs actually improving the movie.

And Meryl Streep getting any sort of nominations here is a joke. She had 2 emotional ranges in this movie. 1 was a 17 year old girl from the incessent giggling to the pouting back to the giggling.

The guys were by far the best part of the movie; Brosnan's singing wasn't nearly as bad as I expected becuase I expected the worst and instead only got me singing.

But end of the day, you could tell that all the people involved were having a blast and that definietly helped overlook a lot fo the flaws...plus wherever they filmed was fricking gorgeous.
