No, she had her *original* birth certificate. But they wouldn't accept it.

apparently it's changed in the past year - since she's sailed with them twice, using the same birth certificate and had no problems - that it has to have been issued by the Department of Vital Statistics. Her's was from the hospital, but they wouldn't take it.
It was HORRIBLE standing there at the line and them telling us she wasn't able to board (and wouldn't refund our money).
