need to leave the grounds of Atlantis to find:

-Food or drink
-A stunning aquarium complex
-Water rides and pools (everything shuts down at 6, though)
-Gambling

Technically, you leave the resort to go on the beach, but the beaches are beautiful and there aren't a million people trying to sell you things (there is usually 1 or 2 vendors max)

We've staved in the Coral Towers and found the rooms to be just fine. And access to everything is easy as the Coral Towers are pretty much in the middle of the resort.
