so far all I've seen is improved display + camera. I don't see anything there that makes it upgrade worthy.

But as a replacement for:

Portable DVD
Portable Music/Home music controller
Gaming device
Internet tablet (Email and other home uses)

It rocks and is well worth the price compared to buying each of those other devices
