This has been bothering me for years! I knew I knew Tigris from Gladiator (he's the champion who comes out of retirement). I knew I knew him from some other movie(s).

He was one of Thulsa Doom's (Conan the Barbarian) two main guys. The guy with the hammer.

It clicked for me last night when I saw him in Sum of All Fears.

(I wasted a lot of time figuring this out...)
