i'm late to this, but this is one of my favorite things about card autos: the COA is physically attached to the signature from a company I trust.

I've no faith in COA items, in general.
That said, I am 100% convinced that my Horace Grant auto card from when I mailed him a card at age 11 is authentic, even though it looks like it was written by his 9 yr old kid. So there's that.
