I'm merely being a stickler for "increased spending" being different than "increased spending in relation to buying power" or what have you.
We all agree that tax cuts without spending cuts is bad. BAD! However, if someone is going to rail about 'increased spending', I will expect to hear about the gov't actually writing a check to someone, not just adding to the debt.
But again, semantics aside, we basically agree.
