The best thing about prime is the minimal cost to upgrade to next-day delivery.

Now, many times I get stuff the next day anyway even with the normal "two day" but to effectively guarantee it for just $3.99 an item is quite nice (and very cheap).
I love Prime too, have had it for nearly 5 1/2 years now.
