What if the ultimate end game to the zombie plague is that Rick Grimes got infected while in his coma, but developed a natural immunity/antibodies?

The writers should make a note of this idea and put it on the back burner for how to wrap it up if the show gets axed.

(Zombie bites Rick. Rick does not get infected. Zombie dies naturally.)
