Make sure you have the condo painted BEFORE you replace the carpet.

Those are hard to guess. You can get free estimates though. If I was guessing I'd guess $750-1500 for the carpeting and around $1500 for the paint. -- nm

That's what I was thinking, as well. Carpet can be had inexpensively if you skimp on the padding.

I've seen the difference between cheap padding and good padding. I'll spend (some) money on better padding. -- nm
