I missed the damn beer poll. Anyhoo, my fave beer is the Pumphouse's Scotch Ale.

SCOTCH ALE (4.8% ABV)
Deep amber color. Smokey aroma (reminiscent of scotch) with light scents of toasted malt, nut and caramel. Flavors of caramel, molasses and nuts, followed by chocolate. Burnt notes and smoked aftertaste.
Our Scotch Ale is unique in its style. It is better enjoyed with all barbecued and smoky meat dishes.
Some nice pairings: smoked ribs, beef Jerky and Br�zain cheese.
