I can't fault them too much for not being able to figure out what Sas is going to do. He makes some odd moves.
Of course, if they would have individually went to him and said they would take him to the final 3, he might've went with them. That's what he was angling for with his weird speech, he wanted them to say he could make the finals. But he did it when they were all together, and also couldn't figure out what he was angling for. With Chase, he went to him alone and clearly asked that he be assured a spot in the finals with Chase. He went with Chase because he got that assurance. And we all know how reliable Chase's word is.
I think Jane's going to win. I don't believe Chase will vote her out. I won't unless he actually does it.
