We're looking to move next year. Expect to carry a $200K-$225K mortgage. When watching "new home" shows on tv, it saddens us...

...To see how much home we could get for that in many US cities vs. what we're going to get here. (We're a little nervous we won't find a good "10-year" home in the neighbourhood we like for it.)
